We tape surface-mounted components according to EIA-481 standard.
We are equipped with a comprehensive range of semi-automated and automated machines from ISMECA and ICOS,
inclusive of marking and lead inspection.
We can handle your components in :
on taping machines accepting tape width up to 200mm.
Components in trays, such as QFP, TSOP, BGA are taped on automated machines.
We are also experienced in more specific tasks, such as :
- damaged cover-tape replacement
- conditionning from tape to tray or tape to tube
In order to answer specific needs, we have the hability to develop and manufacture customed carrier tape in conductive polystiren.
